Why a book review section?  There are a lot of book reviewers with their own blogs and websites.  It seems everybody wants to offer his or her opinion on the books that they have read.  This is a good thing because with the amount of books being published/having been published, it is hard to choose what one should read.  This section will primarily focus on "neglected classics."  What are these neglected classics?  These writings include less familiar works by famous writers, works considered classics but not considered in high school/college curricula, and once-famous works that have become obscure.  There will be no star or rating system as all works that are reviewed are recommended to be read, although some works are more valued than others, and this will likely be seen in the reviews.  I hope that the reading of these reviews will expand one's reading list, perhaps helping him or her consider works that he or she have overlooked.
